India to benefit from G20 in next 5-10 years: EAM S Jaishankar

New Delhi, June 9 (ANI): While addressing the students at Aryabhatta College, South Campus in the National Capital on June 09, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar said that the benefit from G20 will not happen this year but in the next 5-10 years, which will enhance country’s tourism.
He said, “If there will be 200 meetings (G20), then 200-300 people will definitely come for each meeting. When these people go to their country, they will talk about India. The benefit we will get from G20 will not happen this year but in the next 5-10 years, then the country’s tourism will increase. There are some big countries in the world whose 30 pc of GDP sometimes comes from tourism. The value of tourism is huge, which we are expecting to happen here.”
