“Gurugram is totally safe…” Haryana DGP on recent violence in the city

Gurugram (Haryana) August 02 (ANI): Haryana DGP PK Agrawal briefed the press about the incidents that took place in Haryana since July 31. He said that at least 41 FIRs have been registered 116 people have been arrested and no violence has been reported since yesterday. He also mentioned yesterday’s incidents in Gurugram and said 4 people have been arrested so far and assured that the city of Gurugram is ‘totally safe’.
“In Nuh, no violent incidents have occurred since yesterday. So far, 41 FIRs have been registered and 116 people have been arrested. Those people will be taken to court today and an investigation will take place. We'll take the required action based on the investigation, The incident happened in a mosque and we have arrested 4 people in the case and there are some incidents are also reported on the outskirts of the city near Badshahpur and Action will be taken against them as soon as possible" said DGP Haryana P.K. Agrawal
On August 01, fresh violence was reported from Gurugram in Badshahpur and on Sohna road. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said he suspected a “conspiracy” behind these clashes. Khattar called the incident “unfortunate” and said that clashes broke out at several places and that a big conspiracy seems to be behind the violence.
